What we collect

Information you send us. When you fill out our contact form, we receive your name, email address, company name, the service you're interested in, a product link and your message. You choose what to include.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site and the tools it uses may collect basic technical details such as your browser type, device, approximate location based on your IP address, the pages you visit and how you arrived at our site.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry, prepare a quote and work on your project.
• To understand how people find and use our website so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Services that help run our site

We rely on a few trusted providers. They only process your information to provide their service to us.

• Cloudflare hosts our website and checks form submissions for spam with Cloudflare Turnstile.
• Resend delivers your form submission to our inbox.
• Google provides our email, analytics and advertising tools.
• YouTube plays the videos on our site. Videos load only when you press play, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. Once a video plays, YouTube's own privacy policy applies.
• Adobe Fonts provides one of the fonts on our site.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails and project details for as long as we need them to work with you and keep proper business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Email hello@simplyonbrand.com and we'll respond promptly. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws, and we'll honor those requests.

Clients outside the US

We work with brands around the world. Our business and the services we use are based in the United States, so information you send us may be processed there.

Children

Our website is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
